VIP Membership Terms of Service

Thank you for using our VIP Membership Service. Before purchasing any VIP membership plan, please carefully read the following Terms of Service.

By completing the purchase of a VIP membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

1. VIP Membership Plans

We currently offer the following four VIP membership plans. Each plan has different pricing, benefits, and discount levels:

The specific discount rules and spending thresholds applicable to each VIP plan are displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages.

We reserve the right to adjust VIP membership prices, benefits, discount rules, and validity periods from time to time.

Any updated rules will apply only to VIP memberships purchased after the changes take effect and will not affect membership benefits that have already been purchased and remain valid.

2. Purchase and Membership Activation

VIP membership is a one-time purchase of a virtual membership service and does not include automatic renewal or automatic recurring charges.
Each VIP membership purchase provides 30 days of membership validity. When the membership expires, it will not automatically renew, and no additional payment will be charged to your payment method.
Your VIP membership is linked to the account used to make the purchase. You must be logged in to your account when purchasing a VIP membership.
Once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, the applicable VIP membership benefits will be automatically activated on your account.
The membership validity period begins when payment is successfully completed and the VIP membership is activated. The activation time recorded by our system will apply.
When your VIP membership expires, all applicable VIP benefits will automatically stop. If you wish to continue using VIP benefits, you must actively purchase a new VIP membership.

3. Membership Expiration Reminder

To help you avoid unintentionally losing your VIP benefits, we will send a membership renewal reminder email 3 days before your VIP membership expires.
The renewal reminder email may include:
- Your current VIP membership plan;
- Your expected membership expiration date;
- A link to the VIP membership purchase page;
- Applicable VIP membership pricing and benefits.
The renewal reminder email is for notification purposes only. It will not automatically renew your membership or charge your payment method.
If you wish to continue using VIP membership benefits, you must actively purchase a new VIP membership before or after your current membership expires.
If you do not receive or review the reminder email because your registered email address is incorrect, the email is filtered as spam, your mailbox is full, your email provider blocks the message, or for any other reason, we will not be responsible for any interruption of VIP benefits resulting from the failure to receive or review the reminder.

4. VIP Plan Purchase Restrictions

To prevent conflicts between different membership levels, you may not purchase a lower-tier VIP membership while a higher-tier VIP membership is currently active.For example:
- If you currently have VIP3, you cannot purchase VIP1.
- If you currently have VIP3, you cannot purchase VIP2.
You may purchase the same VIP plan to extend your membership validity.
You may purchase a higher VIP plan to upgrade your membership level.
Once your VIP membership expires, your account will return to non-member status, and you may purchase any VIP membership plan available on the website.

5. Membership Validity and Renewal

Each VIP membership purchase provides 30 days of validity.
If you purchase the same or a higher-tier VIP membership before your current membership expires, the newly purchased validity period will be added to your remaining membership period. You will not lose any previously purchased membership time by renewing early.
If your VIP membership has already expired when you purchase a new VIP membership, the new 30-day membership period will begin from the time the new payment is successfully completed and the membership is activated.
When your VIP membership expires, all applicable VIP discount benefits will automatically stop, and your account will return to non-member status.
After your membership expires, no automatic payment or automatic renewal will occur. You may purchase a new VIP membership whenever you wish to restore your VIP benefits.

6. VIP Discount Rules

VIP discounts are calculated based on the total amount of eligible non-VIP products in the order.
Once the applicable spending threshold is reached, you may receive the corresponding discount associated with your VIP membership level. The specific discount amount and applicable conditions will be displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages at the time of purchase.
The purchase price of the VIP membership itself is not included in the spending threshold calculation.
The VIP membership purchase itself is not eligible for VIP discounts and will not receive duplicate discounts through other VIP benefits.
Applicable VIP discounts will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. You generally do not need to manually apply or enter a coupon code.
Certain promotional offers may or may not be combined with VIP discounts. The final discount and payable amount displayed on the checkout page will apply.

7. VIP Membership Benefits

VIP membership benefits are available only during the applicable membership validity period.
Once your VIP membership expires, any unused VIP discounts and other membership benefits will automatically expire.
VIP membership benefits may only be used for eligible products and orders in accordance with the rules displayed on the website.
If a technical error results in an incorrect VIP discount calculation, we reserve the right to correct the error within a reasonable scope.

8. Refund Policy

VIP membership is a digital/virtual service. Because membership benefits may become available immediately after activation, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If you believe that an order contains a duplicate charge, payment error, or other transaction issue, please contact our customer support promptly so that we can review the transaction.
VIP membership does not include automatic renewal. No additional payment will be charged after your membership expires unless you actively purchase a new VIP membership.
If there is any conflict between these VIP Membership Terms of Service and our Refund Policy regarding refunds, the applicable provisions of the Refund Policy will prevail.

9. Account and Non-Transferability of VIP Benefits

VIP membership belongs exclusively to the account associated with the purchase.
VIP membership benefits may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared with another account or user.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
We are not responsible for the loss of VIP benefits resulting from account sharing, disclosure of account information, or other actions attributable to the user.
If an account is found to be abusing VIP discounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, engaging in fraudulent activity, or otherwise violating our website rules, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend the relevant VIP membership benefits in accordance with applicable rules and laws.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify VIP membership prices, benefits, discount rules, validity periods, or other aspects of the VIP service due to business operations, product changes, payment provider requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
For VIP memberships that have already been purchased and remain valid, we will not directly cancel or remove the membership benefits already granted due to subsequent changes to the rules, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If these Terms of Service are amended, the updated version will be published on this page. The latest published version will apply to future purchases and applicable services.

11. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

VIP services may occasionally become temporarily unavailable due to server failures, network interruptions, system maintenance, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected services as soon as reasonably practicable.
We are not responsible for payment failures, delayed or undelivered emails, or other issues caused by third-party payment providers, banks, email service providers, network operators, or other third parties. We will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
